STAR - Stop, Think & Reset, Emotional wellbeing programme (1)

This programme works through a variety of emotions and how to manage them. Young peoplke are better able to resolve conflicts with their peers and show lower levels of stress. The aim of this course is to raise self awareness while developing a range of stratagies.
