Our Story

  • For every £1 invested in All About Us, £3.55 of social value is created, through improved wellbeing, increased independence, and reduced pressure on statutory services.

The beginning of All About Us ASD Teens...

All About Us began with one simple idea: to create a place where young people with additional needs could feel safe, accepted, and part of something bigger.

Founded in Antrim by Christina O’Neill,

a mum with lived experience, the charity started as a small local group. What began around a kitchen table grew as families realised they were not alone. Today, All About Us has become a trusted community hub supporting hundreds of individuals and families across Northern Ireland.

Our story is one of compassion, resilience, and hope, built by the community, for the community.

The Difference We Make

- We don’t just see change, we measure it.

- Young people tell us they feel more confident, less anxious, and better able to communicate.

- Families say they feel less isolated, more supported, and more hopeful.

- Friendships form.

- Confidence grows.

Futures begin to feel possible.

behind every number is a real person and a life strengthened through connection and care.

Why Your Support Matters

Demand for our services continues to grow, while funding becomes increasingly difficult to secure. Each week we meet families who are doing their best but are struggling due to limited support and overstretched systems.

Your support helps us keep sessions affordable, protect unfunded services, expand outreach, and create new opportunities through our social enterprise work. Every donation helps ensure no young person is excluded because of cost.

Together, we can build brighter futures.

A Message From Our Founder

“All About Us was born from love, need, and belief, love for our young people, need for change, and belief that community can make it happen.

Every young person who walks through our doors brings potential, not limitation. That belief drives everything we do.” - Christina O’Neill, Founder & CEO

Our Vision

Every week, we bring together young people and the community for fun, friendship, and support.

Our meet-ups are open to those with and without a diagnosis of autism, those waiting for one, and their siblings and families, creating an inclusive space for everyone to feel welcome and understood.
