RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days to make a return. You must send/bring the item back in original condition.
What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
You can call into the unit with the item and the original receipt.
Alternatively, the item can be posted back to us but postage is covered by the sender.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. We cannot offer refunds on tickets purchased for our activities.
3. Please be sure if you are posting the item back to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the loss of items in the post.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact All About Us within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your home address by cheque.
Note:
1. The original shipping fee, Handling fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2. If you have any issues with your return, you must contact All About Us within 60 days after your order was first placed.
