All About Us – ASD Teens is a community organisation dedicated to supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals and their families. We focus on social connection, emotional wellbeing, life skills, and community activities. As we continue to grow, we are inviting compassionate, motivated people to join us as a Bank Support Worker or sessional community support staff.



What You Will Do as a Bank Support Worker


Your role will involve supporting neurodivergent individuals in a community setting. This can include helping young people or adults access social activities, develop independence, and build confidence. You will support them to engage positively with their community, which can have a lasting impact on their lives.


Typical support tasks include:


  • Accompanying individuals on community outings and social activities

  • Providing emotional wellbeing and regulation support

  • Helping build communication and independence skills

  • Supporting participation in group sessions and programmes

  • Offering 1-to-1 support sessions tailored to individual needs

  • Assisting with routines and daily living skills

  • Delivering personal care support respectfully, following care plans


This variety means no two days are the same, and you will gain valuable experience working with diverse individuals.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Interested in neurodiversity, inclusion, and community support

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Hold a full UK driving licence


You don’t need formal qualifications, but a genuine interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals is essential. Your compassion and flexibility will help create a positive environment for those you support.
