Men-only groups offer a unique space for emotional support, fostering open expression and reducing mental health stigma. They build deep friendships and a sense of community, addressing gender-specific issues and promoting healthy masculinity. These groups encourage personal development, healthy habits, and provide guidance during life transitions, empowering men to take control of their lives and engage in community service.


The men's group will start with mini men which will be available from July 19th until August 23rd you are more than welcome to bring your mini me's to these sessions during the summer. From Friday 6th September the men's group will officially begin which will run every Friday until 27th June 2025.
